One Act Movies was founded in 2006 by Shams Tanweer with a vision to make quality television programmes and contemporary films.

Today One Act Movies works across a wide spectrum of genre including factual Television Programming, Documentaries, Corporate AV and TVC.

Its client list includes Doordarshan, Ten Sports, Global Energy LTD., IPPAI, Aviation Watch, Le-Spirit, Zice, Bellset Entertainment. IMAK News, D. TV, Irum Productions, R N Production and many others.

Shams Tanweer heads the company. He has been associated with the media world for over 11 years. Shams has developed, written, directed and produced a variety of programmes for a range of broadcasters that includes NDTV, CNBC TV 18, Star TV, Ten Sports, Sony TV, Splash and Doordarshan.
